Autumn / Winter Flu and Covid 2025

We’re inviting our eligible patients for their 2025 Autumn and Winter Vaccinations.

Clinic’s are being held at Chase Meadow Health Centre, Brese Avenue and Priory Medical Centre.

Patients who are housebound will be contacted separately.

Flu immunisation eligibility 2025:

aged 2 and 3 years on 31 August 2025
eligible school-aged children (Reception to Year 11)
those aged 6 months to under 65 years in clinical risk groups
pregnant women
all those aged 65 years and over
those in long-stay residential care homes
carers in receipt of carer’s allowance or main carer of an older or disabled person
household contacts of immunocompromised individuals
frontline health and social care staff

Covid immunisation eligibility 2025:

adults aged 75 years and over
residents in a care home for older adults
individuals aged 6 months and over who have a weakened immune system (immunosuppressed)

If you are eligible for both vaccinations, they may be co-administered during the same appointment.
