🌼 Spring COVID-19 Booster 2026 🌼

As we move into spring, COVID-19 is still circulating. Protection from previous vaccinations or infections can decrease over time.
Getting your booster is the best way to top up your protection and reduce the risk of serious illness, hospitalisation, and complications.

Our clinics start from 13th April 2026

 Vaccination sites:

• Brese Avenue Surgery, 1 Brese Avenue, Warwick, CV34 5TS
  (Limited parking – please walk or use public transport where possible)

• Priory Medical Centre, Priory Road, Warwick, CV34 4NA

Who is eligible?
You can receive a Spring booster if you are:

• Aged 75 or over (or turn 75 by 30 June 2026)

• Living in a care home for older adults

• Aged 6 months or over with a weakened immune system
  (e.g. due to a medical condition or treatments such as chemotherapy)

How to book
Eligible patients registered at Chase Meadow Health Centre will be invited by text, email, or letter.

If you need help booking, please call the dedicated booking vaccination line on 01926 351560 or email CWICB.your.vaccination@nhs.net rather than calling the Practice.

❗ Don’t want the booster?
Please let us know via submitting a routine care request (Mon – Fri between 8:00am – 6:30pm) so we can update your records and avoid sending further invitations.
